This training action resulted from an appliance to the Council of Europe Youth Department with the aim of enabling
local and regional politic authorities, municipal youth technicians and youth workers at organizations that
deal with disadvantaged neighborhoods or contexts, for the implementation of the Council of Europe
recommendations on the access of young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods to social rights.
There were present 17 participants from municipal services, town councils, youth organizations and public institutes.
