The Lisbon Youth Centre (CJL) and the Lisbon and Tagus Valley Regional Directorate (DRLVT) together with Planetiers,
developed a partnership towards reducing the ecological and environmental footprint of its facilities.
Planetiers developed a report that focused on the Lisbon Youth Centre / Portuguese Sport and Youth Institute
building, equipment and actions. This report summarizes the current consumptions of the Lisbon Youth Centre
building, which belongs to the Portuguese Sport and Youth Institute (IPDJ).
The second part of the report consists of a detailed analysis of the various spaces and the behavior of their users and the
interaction of the workers, through individual questionnaires and joint formation.
The third part, based on this indicators, proposes a joint action guide for all the building users (workers, trainees and
guests). This guide has a steering role since it must be the resident community to adapt the suggestions in order to make
them effective for themselves and for the users they interact with daily.
