Lisbon Youth Centre translated the Council of Europe Youth sector Strategy 2030 in portuguese language

The Youth Sector Strategy 2030 was adopted by the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee of Ministers on 22 January 2020 at the 1365th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies and is to be found in the Committee of Ministers' Resolution (2020)2. It resolves that the Council of Europe youth sector should aim at enabling young people across Europe to actively uphold, defend, promote and benefit from the Council of Europe’s core values of human rights, democracy and the rule of law.

Furthermore, it aims at deepening youth knowledge, so that young people’s democratic engagement is supported by communities of practice that produce knowledge and expertise, as well as broadening youth participation, so that young people participate meaningfully in decision-making.

This is another CoE document translated in portuguese, in digital format, and a tool to support youth organisations, and other stakeholders in this field, in providing human rights education and promoting young people’s access to rights.

You can access the portuguese version of the resolution and background document or the original english and french versions in the CoE website
